Blood Glucose: 120

well...yay! finally some movement. This is so much harder than it has ever been before. Not really sure why. I meet with Dr Soto yesterday. She was very pleased with progress and asked if I was keeping my calorie goal....which caused some reflection. Keeping things under 1500 from now on. Not doing Keto...don't need the extra calories from fat! I see the dietician on Monday.
337.8 lb Lost so far: 58.8 lb.    Still to go: 172.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
