Trying to get back in the swing of this again.
Still Struggling with an unknown exacerbation of minimal COPD.
They keep saying I will get better, but have been saying that since Jan2017 when I had my 1st episode and again in October2017 with my 2nd.

370.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb. Still to go: 145.0 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

gaining 0.5 lb a week
