This past week with Pi day and St. Patrick's day I had some extra sweet treats and one light beer. This week I will stay on my food plan much better. I have worked out at Curves the last 5 days though (Sunday they are closed and yesterday I worked during the time they were open).
142.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.0 lb a week

I love the balance; that’s what life is all about. Who cares if you have a few extra sweets? Did you enjoy it? Than don’t worry the heck about it! Lol 😂
