Well considering I had 6 Busch light beer last night, baked potatoes and steak and a couple chocolate chip cookies my weight seems to be holding today which is good considering I haven’t done much exercise but that will change after tomorrow because my Bowflex will finally arrive. Then the muscle tone will begin, I’m very excited!!! 😉 Stay focused my friends, you got this!! 👍🏼👍🏼🙏🏼
