What's your 'body type' and how do you know?

Ectomorph I do want to say that no one is immune to gaining weight as we get older. My diet calendar does not reflect my gaining weight nor does it reflect how many calories I really eat per day, I eat more. I look at my brothers with the same body type (small ankles and wrists) and one of them is very muscular but not bulky in any way. A type of body that would not get bulky easily, would do better eating more carbs, carbs being within reason and has more energy for longer distances.

Hi Charlotte! You are totally right. No one is like you and everyone has a different 'body type'. And I mean different height, weight, metabolysm and so on. How to know it? Your DNA know exactly everything about you. So doing a test of DNA could come out with a diet tailored perfectly on you! Have a look to: en.allelica.com

I have no idea how my journal ended up here! I thought I could monitor how often I have sugar treats since I have been cutting it to 0 added sugar. I might however add the orange juice that I gave up months ago for the added potassium. I can't seem to reach the required goals for it. I would have to research the DNA testing a little more. It does sound very interesting but also very expensive!
