Only explanation would be that I'm gaining muscle and losing fat from IF. Clothes are looser but I haven't lost barely an inch in places either. I just want it to go down I guess.

Also I have to wait until almost 2 to eat since we sprang ahead. My lunch break is at 1, so it'd be til almost 5 until I can eat. 😢
198.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 58.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.7 lb a week

Well when muscle is developing it's taking on water weight, exp.when you really really get dehydrated have you notice your that your muscle bulk has skrunk.
