I am now officially in the weight range I was when I first moved to the Pac Northwest five years ago. It's within the weight range I maintained for 4 years :-). This isn't goal for me, but this body and me are smiling perty big right now!

168.2 lb Lost so far: 41.8 lb. Still to go: 18.2 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

losing 1.6 lb a week
