Hi y'all - I will thank everybody now and later - feeling the burn / yesterday eating this after breakfast , lunch was baked crab no cheese and green beans from Chinese place - also 5 spoons of whip cream - dinner I had garlic butter , habinero hot sauce shrimp steamed ( get it while it's hot) with a salad with Italian dressing , olives green , some cheese crotons lettuce tomato / great -

If you been working hard on anything this week being this or whatever , blow off steam at gym ,with friends , family , park, road trip , festival, pets etc and celebrate your week / northeastern folks in our prayers , they have different issues - Hope everyone is successful daily , weekly , monthly and everything falls into place - take the emotion and drama out of life and it will bring growth, stability and maturity - this school seems never to be out of session but I love my classmates and some great teachers too -

I've stayed under 200 I believe 3 weeks now and able to do a lot more things - I am proud of that and everyone's support and input is much appreciated and back at you for the help - GO GREEN - Much success to all , God Bless, YOU CAN DO IT - WHEN NOT IF -

Eggs and meat sticks cooked in butter with pepper - if you nix the pepper , add hot sauce , now you are talking

John you have such a wonderful outlook and fantastic attitude and that makes you such an inspiration for so many here...to read your post does create such an energy when reading it that it can only generate positive feelings..love your post..they inspire me to continue to smile..thanks for sharing:)
