So now I'm trying to keep my weight from getting lower but due to my increased metabolism, activity level and watching what I eat it's a challenge to keep my weight at 180. I'm increasing my RDI to 2000, and will try to keep a net balance of 0 to +50 cals per day, right now I'm still between -100 and -1000 so I keep losing weight. I never thought I would be trying to stop losing weight, weird!
