Gained one pound this past week BUT I went to Curves 6 days in a row and yesterday I also did a 1/2 hour session of Zumba at Curves before my circuit work there. So I believe I am building some muscle and that is where the weight came from and I am not upset by the gain. I feel really good and am motivated to keep going to Curves and keep up on my healthy eating with Jenny Craig meals.
