Since May 2017 I’ve dropped my bmi by -10.0.
From 39.1 to 29.1 bmi. Heading for 24 would love to get to the normal range In 2018.
178.6 lb Lost so far: 75.4 lb.    Still to go: 14.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
