What the heck! One stupid potluck and a bagel and wham-o! Apparently it comes on 3x as fast as it comes off...ok so here I am this morning, back at it, and my fast has been 13 hours so far...I think my goal today will be....if I make it to 6...it will be 23 hours. My window will be 3 hours....but I will focus on eating my chicken with whatever, not bread and sugar. Bread and sugar are entirely responsible for this gain.
