Just checking in - I hope everyone is doing well - Thanks for all the support and you have mine - Go Greem- I am having much success doing stir fries and staying away from eggs , fried especially - I go home up personally but that is just me -I drink Pepsi one or coke sero , water , no alcohol usually except on weekends sociallyand that is low carb beer - Broccoli and onions and green beans have been a staple for me on my success - Really working a lot and the weight loss is very humbling to me and I am very proud - Much success to all!
