I'm still a little put off by yesterday's gain. I ate "Reasonably Well" at 114% of my daily goal and met all activity goals. I'm seeing a slight gain again today. My weight gains are not showing up in my waist measurement so I'm not very discouraged. I'll keep tracking and trying...
157.5 lb Lost so far: 27.5 lb.    Still to go: 2.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
