I spread my window out to 6 hours last night, needed a sandwich and a hot chocolate for dinner at basketball practice....I have a race this weekend, and a long weekend for Memorial Day. I sure like being down before a race!! I would love to keep my momentum up for the whole weekend. It's been a great week of Fast 5 type stuff. I feel energy and love the sense of control and not being managed by my own sugar cravings. But I NEEEEED to remember to eat quality during my window.
