Day 3 induction: I said bye-bye to my glycogen stores overnight. 2.5 pounds later. Im doing better this time around than 3 weeks ago, pound-wise. I almost vomitted this morning..I am now taking 4 supplements..and ingested all but the omega3/6 on an empty stomach.
Im finally taking a multivite, CLA, ALA, L-Carnitine, and when Im able to stomach it, the omega3/6. I also bought my first pounch of flax seeds..though I have no idea what to do with them! Im not going to bother documenting my food intake; I did that last time around and never came too close to 20 net carbs...I know what to eat. After all, Im an induction junkie. Im not proud of it!
131.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 1.8 lb a week

I buy ground flaxseed meal and keep it in the freezer so it doesn't go rancid. Whole flax seeds can be put on stuff but you don't get the nutritional benefit unless they are ground because our digestive system can't break down the husk on it. Just thought you should know. I hope the supplements work out for you.
