Howdy all -

Yesterday for dinner ate 2 holton burgers - I say 900 calories -
A salad with tomato , cucumber , lettuce , artichoke heart, ranch ,- 400 cal
3 chicken tenders Perdue - 300 cal

I did this at 800 -
Wrong thing to do -

Reaction to last night -

I will eat a bigger lunch today and a smaller dinner - beef is bloating me I believe so I need a to back off a little -

No food today yet but drinking water - took tums for relief -

I have been eating too much protein and will do more fluids and vegetables (good ones)

I got a question for patty8 -

Are you going to the Daytona 500?

I got another question -
What way do you (fastest method) see people who support you and in turn support them ?

Another question ,posting pictures .Which size of picture works best if any for uploading -

I noticed proudmamm512, murph the survivor , jennibean ( you have come so far, saw your start weight) chesgreen all gave me kudos- I will find the rest of you clarityann also and I will thank you if it takes me forever -

203.4 lb Lost so far: 36.6 lb.    Still to go: 18.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 2.8 lb a week
