Ok! We're done with. and on day 3 of this weeks 20 hour fast. I also found out there is an actual "plan" or book that suggests this same thing, called Fast 5. How am I drifting from PB to Fast 5? Well, it's easy and intuitive. I eat whatever I want, just between 2 and 7, and all is well. I sip my coffee and green tea, and I just really think this works for me!!! I sure hope the weight just falls off...blogger expreiences I've read tell me to expect 2-4 lbs per week most weeks, some weeks flat (probably . weeks!) so I am trying to keep my expectations reasonable so as not to get discouraged.
223.4 lb Lost so far: 8.6 lb.    Still to go: 93.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 9.8 lb a week
