I took the holidays off. bad part is I quit exercising and eating healthy altogether. I have been binge eating since. Today I am going to get back on track. I am going to start counting calories and eating healthy again. i hope to exercise a bit when I get off work today also.
234.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
