This week has been hard. I’m craving all the food. I hosted a girls night on Saturday and there was lot of snacks and drinks. I ate and drank. Then leftovers on Sunday and Monday. I’m trying not to act crazy and go overboard. I think I’m a little stressed with husband coming home soon and starting spring classes.
187.8 lb Lost so far: 66.2 lb.    Still to go: 23.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
