Today's workout wasn't TOO terrible. I liked the treadmill well enough but want to feel like I'm doing more than just walking. I wish they had boxing gear!
254.8 lb Lost so far: 4.2 lb.    Still to go: 29.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
