Yesterday breakfast - 1 long beef jerky stick - no time -
Lunch , I had a sliced tomato and some rotisserie chicken -
Yesterday I had a salad I made for dinner -

It consisted of 1 bag of 1.50 lettuce,carrot mixture from store
2 hardboiled eggs -
10 black olives and some juice added to the salad -
ranch dressing -
1 slice ham -
10 pieces of pepperoni -
4 cut up whole mushrooms -
I season with black pepper for taste -

I had a somewhat active day but the food is doing most of the work.
I am ready to do more exercising and that is more for the heart health.

There are amazing things going on out there - Congrats to those people.
There are lots of other great stories going out there and too many to count -

If you are not having the success you want, just look at some of the people I follow and that follow me, just a start . There is a good cross section of people. Don't give up because you can't change the past , but you can change the future - As I said before, find a passion besides the food and weight loss etc. that is bigger to drive you. Some examples are family, a 5k race, an upcoming trip that has a lot of exercise, life extension, wanting to feel and or look better, being able to keep your job,
stress relief or doing something unable to do for years and these are just a few -

I log what I do and share . If it helps 1 person, BOOM!!!!!
