Eating hard boiled eggs - first tunafish with ehardboiled egg, celery onion mayonnaise -?just like that - no bread pasta milkcereal cheese for 60 days and don't miss - taking calcium supplement - Pepsi one , water - bacon and eggs - broccoli and chicken stirfry - I worked in warehouse yesterday and need to get in better shape - getting there
212.4 lb Lost so far: 27.6 lb.    Still to go: 27.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 4.2 lb a week

Keep up the great work. Your doing amazing,,, that time of year for colds and coughs which i`ve had for a few days, but even though i feel a bit down i still feel fitter.
