quit smoking and gained most of my weight back.
207.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 62.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

From a health standpoint its better to quit cigarettes first then eventually you can take of the weight

I agree. Actually, I am doing both at the same time. First cutting back on smoking DRASTICALLY. I went from two packs a day to two cigs a day. Usually to get me through craving times. But this weekend will be "Bye Bye Cigs" no more.
