So this morning i just realize I'm heading in the wrong direction, and i know I said I'm not going to focus so much on my weight,but on my fitness, but really I'm heading to 63kg, so from today I will have to keep the portions small, the healthy eating is not the problem but the portion size is.

Activities the past weekend.
The past weekend i did the ImPI challenge 10km + 18 obstetrical.
138.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 12.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 2.1 lb a week

Hi Skinny dankie , yeso is swaar om min te eet ek probeer nou 5 ure tussen etes doen maar yeso ek voel klaar naar.lol

Ek het 'n crazy eetprogram wat deur 'n dieetkundige uitgewerk is vir bodybuilding vroumense - moet ek dit vir jou scan en mail?
