I am following this diet to a tee, even resetting my RDI but I seem to be struck. Is it possible to experience a whoosh this soon. It's been only three weeks of Keto???
229.0 lb Lost so far: 10.5 lb.    Still to go: 91.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

For me, The first "whoosh" was immediate and lasted several days, then I plateau/yo-yo for roughly 2.5 weeks and then drop for a few days and then the cycle continues. It always seems like when I'm ready to give up my weight drops a few pounds. So stick with it... but I have noticed keeping my foods varied helps me. And I tried a few very low carb, 5NC, days and then carb ups once a week. It has been working for me.
