Cycling race this weekend was not easy 80km time 2:44 km/h

was away for the weekend so no healthy eating at all .
136.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 10.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 1.2 lb a week

Am doing super well thanks!! Hopefully on a roll with healthy eating - I've given up since we're so close to December holidays. But the past 2 weeks feels like I still have some weight loss I can shove in there before the break starts!

thats my thing as well if this is my weight now and the Holidays must still come then i will be almost 70kg before the new year.lol I'm really going to try to drop at-least 2kgs before 2Dec my next challenge. flip it is going to be so hard , alot of parties in the next 3 weeks.lol But I must I mean i bought 2 very nice sexy mommy swim wear. kan regtig nie soos n walvis lyk op die beach nie.LOL Well done girl you doing so good when is your next race ? and what are you doing ?
