Starting a healthy choice to food and twenty pounds to drop. I really want to lose 60 but I set a smaller goal. I need to add exercise for sure. I will start with walking. My man is doing the same and he of course is getting results faster than I. I encourage him but he doesn't encourage me. A true struggle. I want to feel better in my body, mind and soul. Bad food choices make me feel gratified but so much inflammation in my body.
I know my joints will feel better and my skin has begun to glow. I am making life changes not dieting. Portioning the food helps making sure more vegetables and lean meat choices most fish or chicken breast. Learning to cook favorites still but with alternate substitutes to make it healthier.
To night I want chili and I can freeze some of it. I love homemade soups.
239.8 lb Lost so far: 14.2 lb.    Still to go: 41.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
