Eeek! I got the highest compliment at the gym today! A girl who has lost 50 pounds came up to me after class and said, "I haven't been in class with you for awhile but I saw you jogging today and that is awesome! I know it's not easy because I've been there." And then she invited me to do a race with her next year!
To have someone notice my progress and be viewed as an athlete in their eyes is a remarkable feeling!
