first weigh in tomorrow for slimming world not going to lie I'm nervous but even if only a small loss I feel great. I'm not bloated. clothes fit better. will slimming world be my friend? time will tell

193.8 lb Lost so far: 29.2 lb.    Still to go: 39.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
