I don't feel like I gained weight, but the numbers don't lie. I feel gross. Gotta work harder.
249.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Try not to beat yourself up. I had started giving the scale a little too much power myself. Losing my mi d behind a pound or 2 or 3 and letting it affect how I felt. Had to stop that. I know I'm doing well and am making progress so if the scale says otherwise one day, I have to believe what I see in the mirror, feel in my clothes, and hear from those who see/love me😊
