Steady weight is not bad... but not loosing but have been struggling with heart palpitations and tight chest. Have had blood work, EKGs and CT scan. No infections, no clots, minor emphysemical damage from smoking from 16 until I was 25, and sitting in rooms of smokers all those years and after :(
Pray ppl will quit smoking!
No exercise due to my illness until released to continue from dr. Don't need a dr to tell me not too, because I feel like crap! :(
157.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
