I've been sick for the last month. I was heavily medicated and depressed. I am not surprised that I put on so much weight. Starting over...again...for the millionth time, today. Sigh. I can do this...I must.
149.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 29.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
