Back on it. I have been exercising and eating reasonably, but not keeping track. Now that I'm working out 4 or 5 times a week I'm curious about how many calories I'm burning.
138.6 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
