quite happy with myself today went to kids party and didn't eat anything. cake is a favourite of mine. I only drank diet coke but did have a little drink once home but resisted the urge to get a take away. I have nearly 2 stone to pre pregnancy and 3 to back to where I was and my target.
194.4 lb Lost so far: 28.6 lb.    Still to go: 40.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
