just went from red to orange! (the bar by my username) also ate an 800 calorie breakfast so better be careful for the rest of the day if I ever will get to the green!
152.4 lb Lost so far: 8.6 lb.    Still to go: 12.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
