08 Oct 2017- 10km Gun run - 56 Min had to walk almost 500m just to get to the start line after the race started, I could have done much better if there wasnt so much people starting at the same time.
22 Oct 2017 - cycling race 109km
27-29 Oct 2017- Camping

11 Nov 2017 - Cycling race 80Km
02 Dec 2017 - Short Triathlon 400m swim,12km MTB, 5km trail run
03 Dec 2017 - Cycling race 95km
133.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 7.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.9 lb a week
