I pretty much had already said how bad my week started but I finished it with a bang. 6mile walk and wii time and staying really active. I did 128 squats so that was a huge improvement too. Seeing and feeling the difference wish my body showed it a little more but am encouraged.
No scale yet for weight so as soon as I get it, I will get that done.
144.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
