My husband is deployed and I have lost 19 lbs since he left. He is skinny he has gained 13 working out and drinking protein shakes. If I'm totally honest I'm Scared that I will fall back into bad habits when he returns.
224.2 lb Lost so far: 29.8 lb.    Still to go: 60.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Just stay focused and make sure he knows how important this is to you😀 Its not easy I know because last year I was able to lose 75lbs in 8 months and was feeding my family tasty fattening food while I was eating super healthy. I gained quite a bit back this year because I wasnt focused on myself. Im back at it again! Good luck!

Thank you. I'm actually feeding the kids a lot healthier than I was before. He says he understands. He loves going to the movies and getting a huge popcorn and slushee I need different date nights now. It's gonna take time for us to figure out a new healthier routine.
