the scale is a liar .LOL so I'm back to my normal self took some selfies in all 6 swimming costumes and I must say I'm ready even though the scale display I'm about 4-5kgs away from cycling goal weight. 3 months till summer lets do this, can someone please give me advise how i can tone up faster , or if I should use something ? cycling breaks down my little muscle that I'm trying to build. :-(
131.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 6.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 4.0 lb a week

Saige18..the cycling will help to build muscles in the calves, toned hammies and quads. Keep it up! If you want to really build the muscles i.e. make them bigger... your best bet is explosive & repetitive gym exercise with weights.. Make sure you are getting enough protein when you are training. Try not to focus too much on the "number" If you look and feel good and move swiftly for your liking that's all that matters ;-)

Yup! Ek stem saam LowCarb! Weight training baby!! :-) En protein for recovery!! Awh, I envy you on the cycling with hubby-front! When our kiddies are a bit older I would also LOVE to cycle with my husband! lekker week!! M
