I saw a 138 on the scale this morning, so it's finally going back down! Yeah! I have not recorded points the last couple days though so I do want to still do that to stay in line and make more progress.

I had a good workout tonight with a little of everything- 15 min bike, 7 min rowing (great exercise, BTW), 15 run/ walk at a 10 incline, then some weights.

I'm starting to work on adding in some speed work to my running to see if I can get a little faster. I ran some sprints on my street yesterday but have a lot of congestion in my lungs still so I about hacked up a lung trying that. Will be better to do when I am all the way healthy again!

I enjoyed a Morningstar black bean burger on the light sandwich thins with guacamole and salsa for dinner among other things. I eat those often and they are very good. I spray the bun a little then put that on the skillet too. You might like to try it sometime.

Happy to hear your weight is back down, sucks you being sick though. Get better. I love sandwich thins, even more toasted. An eggwhite sandwich, yum.
