My husband and I went to our niece's birthday party yesterday. At the party I had a cupcake and a cookie. I had already told myself that since it was a birthday, I would allow myself to cheat, provided that I followed the diet perfectly up until the party. After the party, his entire family went to his aunt's house to have dinner. She only had pizza and leftover cupcakes and cookies. We limited our number of slices, but still ate some. I knew my weight would go up, but I was surprised at how little it did. I did a quick workout this morning and have followed the diet so far today. I also did a workout yesterday morning.
127.4 lb Lost so far: 2.6 lb.    Still to go: 22.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 4.2 lb a week
