My weight is fluctuating- it goes up 5 lbs then it goes down and goes back to 90. This is my third week of my diet and it's getting harder to control my temptations. I've been swimming, jogging, and walking 5 days a week for an hour+. I'm hoping that when my period hits, I might lose some weight then. Any amount of weight lost is something I look forward to.
190.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
