We are looking to lose around 8 lbs. I have gained a few pounds, but mainly due to muscle gain. Trying to get back down to approximately 175. Waist size still at 32 inches, as I started with 35 back in Jan 2016
182.6 lb Lost so far: 10.4 lb.    Still to go: 14.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
