Don't have a doctor's appointment until the 1st, so I'm not sure how much weight I gained. My goal was about 1 or 2 pounds since I'm almost to my max of 20. I figured out my problem though. When exercising while pregnant you have to eat the calories that you burn. Instead of just gaining them back naturally, I would eat the amount of calories I burned as soon as I was done working out instead of incorporating them into my meals and snacks in 'little doses', so hopefully this helped. I'll find out on the first.
170.0 lb Lost so far: 1.4 lb.    Still to go: 50.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
