feeling much better now....and I can get back on the low carb diet train..hope to god I don't get sciatica ever again...I will be getting back to yard work but I will make sure to wear a back brace everytime I rake the yard..
214.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 84.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
