I can tell it's going to be one of those days where I just have to run my finger nails down the wall, and keep repeating to myself that this is fat leaving my body.
237.5 lb Lost so far: 27.5 lb.    Still to go: 57.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I know what you mean. Today was one of those days for me too. Long road trip to Truth or Consequences, tired, hungry, etc. And remember this is a marathon, not a sprint. You can do this, keep up the good work!
