Can't account for the slight drop, other than not eating giant bags of candy. Had a protein bar for breakfast, 3 medium sushi rolls for lunch, and fried chicken on lettuce with peas for supper yesterday. I did eat a couple of mini chocolates at Mom's yesterday too. So not too bad. I feel pretty good today, except for sweating profusely, and I'm even indoors with the temp turned to 69 degrees. Not even menopausing, so I don't know what is up with that.
214.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 64.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Oh no! Not mini chocolates! Even protein bars are too sweet for me, and I end up eating 2. The sugar addiction is so frustrating sometimes. I had to empty the larder of all things carby and walk it out curbside before my DH woke up this morning, just so that I couldn't eat a sweet with my coffee!

Yeah... mini chocolates. Sounds like you and I have the same problem, Nanette. I am so weak around sweets. My mother keeps a candy bowl and a giant jar of peanut M&M's in her kitchen. One day I'll be able to visit her without eating any. That will be a huge victory.
