Everyday I'm getting closer and closer to my goal! It's good to see the numbers drop even when indulging and participating in birthday Ice cream celebration at the office.
322.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 52.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
