Dang! I knew this weekend was going to be hard on me. Glad it wasn't more though because I really wanted a glass of wine at the bridal shower yesterday but I had a few pieces of chocolate and a glass of sweet tea. I'm still learning and trying to watch carbs.

I didn't get a ton of sleep last night because for some reason I was wide awake. Has anyone else had a hard time sleeping after drinking apple cider vinegar before bed?

Hubs and I make breakfast pizza every Sunday morning. It's a fun way to cook breakfast together. I knew the crust would be FULL of carbs and I assumed it'd have some fiber... I was wrong. It was SO many! I'm going to look for different crust options.

I'm going to end this week on a high note and going to be more strict about this diet and exercise.

Why would you drink apple cider vinegar? If your goal is to lose weight you should burn more then you eat. It's that simple. Doesn't matter what you eat. If you want more beautiful body, more shapely as to say, you would need to exercise and count macros. Glass of sweet tea and a chocolate should be fine if you watching what you eat the rest of the day and staying within your calorie limits. Good luck!

As a thought for your breakfast pizza crust, have you ever heard of Cloud Bread? It is made of egg, cottage OR cream cheese, cream of tartar and a packet of sweetener, don't know if it would do the trick for you but if you'd like to try it you can find the recipe on the Baritastic app, they have a section for recipes and it's listed under snack foods. 🍀
